Italian flat bread or Focaccia is an easy-to-prepare hors d’oeuvre for a party or side dish for dinner. I use a pre-made pizza dough available at most grocery stores. Roll it out and top it with your favorite herbs or vegetables and it is ready to serve in 30-minutes.

1-10 oz. package of refrigerated pizza dough
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Combine the olive oil, garlic, salt and half of the rosemary.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until edges turn golden.
